Not at this stage. While we offer beautifully curated gifts and thoughtful presentation, we don’t currently provide custom-branded products. That said, we’re always evolving and we’d love to hear what you’re looking for. Feel free to reach out with any ideas or requests.
Yes, you can buy individual items or create gift boxes from the build-your-own section. Note: for individual items these will be placed in protective wrap and put directly into one of our robust shipping bags.
Yes, when purchasing any pre-curated gift box or build-your-own, you’ll be able to write a message to include with the gift. If you’re unsure, you can email your message to hello@milkandmoon.co.nz quoting your order number, name, and order date — or add it as a comment in the cart at checkout.
Each gift box is carefully presented in our signature Milk and Moon keepsake box — sturdy, stylish, and designed to delight. Inside, every product is wrapped in our custom Milk and Moon packaging for an added touch of elegance. For shipping, we protect your gift with eco-friendly bubble wrap that’s both recyclable and compostable, before placing it securely into a courier bag for delivery.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Yes. Once the courier collects your gift box, an automatic email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you supplied. If you don’t receive it, or accidentally delete it, please get in touch via hello@milkandmoon.co.nz.

Unfortunately, we have suspended international shipping at this stage. We apologise for any inconvenience. We will continue to review the viability on an ongoing basis.
Do not worry — we never include any receipts, invoices, or packing slips in the packages we send out!
We endeavour to ship your package quickly. Delivery times depend on your location within New Zealand, and standard NZ Post timeframes will apply.
While we can't guarantee delivery on an exact date, you can select a preferred date at checkout or contact us to see what’s possible. Please note: couriers operate only during standard business hours, and regular deliveries are not made on weekends unless Saturday delivery is selected during checkout.
All parcels are sent with ‘signature required’. If no one is home, the courier will leave a ‘card to call’ so the recipient can arrange redelivery or collection. This ensures the safe handling of our gift boxes.
Yes — just make sure to include the business name, recipient’s name, and any relevant delivery details (e.g. job title, unit number, phone number). Please note: deliveries can’t be made to businesses after 5pm.
Unfortunately, our courier company does not ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags — a physical delivery address is required.
Yes — but couriers can only deliver to the hospital reception or designated delivery areas. Please include the hospital name, ward number, and the recipient’s full name when ordering.

No. Couriers do not deliver on Public Holidays or Sundays.
