Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand using tracked courier services. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days once dispatched.

Please note: We do not offer same-day or Saturday delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re proud to offer high-quality, carefully curated products. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind — but we’ll always do our best to make it right.
