At Milk and Moon, we're dedicated to bringing joy to your loved ones with our exquisite gift boxes, shipped New Zealand wide (excluding PO Boxes). While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, shipping times may vary due to additional courier demand, which is unfortunately outside of our control. As a result, delivery dates may be subject to change. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Important Information
- All of our gift box deliveries require a signature on delivery.
- Delivery timeframes: 2–4 business days and rural 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and are a guideline only. Please allow for this when choosing your delivery date.
- Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business working day during business hours 8.30am – 4pm.
- All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours between Monday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays, where the next business day applies.
- We do not offer same-day or Saturday delivery at this time. If urgent delivery is required, please get in touch at hello@milkandmoon.co.nz.

Delivery FAQ
How can I choose a date to get my order?
You can select a desired delivery date when selecting your giftbox. We will send the gift box out two days before your selected date.
Please note that if you order multiple gift boxes, they may arrive separately, as each gift box has its own shipping label.
Keep an eye on your tracking as this will be updated once the gift box has been dispatched by us.
We will try our best to get your order to you on the selected delivery date and 95% of the time we will, however, as we use a third party delivery service, delivery is not 100% guaranteed on your selected delivery date.
Rural addresses will take longer and can take up to 5 or more business working days.
What if I need to request a delivery time?
We recommend allowing for at least 5 days before to best reach your desired delivery time.
What happens if my order is delayed?
We work closely with our delivery partners to get your order to you on time.
94% of deliveries arrive on the selected date, but delays can occasionally happen due to external factors such as road closures, courier delays, unexpected demand, or severe weather.
If your order doesn't arrive on your selected delivery date, please email us on hello@milkandmoon.co.nz with your order number. We will follow this up with the couriers to get this remedied ASAP.

How can I track my delivery?
Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your email address. If you have not received this please email hello@milkandmoon.co.nz to arrange for this to be re-sent.
What if the address I have entered is not complete? Will my gift box still get delivered?
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without access (for example dogs on property or no access to apartment buildings), so please ensure addresses are entered correctly and able to be accessed by the courier.
What happens if my gift box has been damaged in transit?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report this within 24 hours. All original packaging must be kept in order for us to make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful. Refer to our refund policy for more information.
What do I do if my gift box has not been delivered?
All no-deliveries must be reported within 10 days of dispatch to hello@milkandmoon.co.nz. We shall work with you and our third-party provider to remedy.
Can I send my gift box to someone in hospital or who lives in an apartment?
Please note that couriers deliver to a reception or designated delivery area when sending a gift to a hospital. To avoid delays, please include the hospital name, ward number and room number in the shipping address.
When sending a gift to an apartment address, it is important to supply any access codes or additional instructions the couriers may require to be able to access the property/building to allow the timely delivery of the gift.
Can I pick up my gift box?
Sorry, we are an online-only business and do not allow pick-ups.
Can I purchase a gift box from Australia?
Yes. We are a New Zealand-based business. At this time, we are not registered for Australian GST, so no GST is charged at checkout for Australian orders.
