Milk & Moon has evolved into something bigger than gifting it’s about supporting the modern woman who is doing it all, holding so much, and still finding moments of joy. We’re intentional gift buyers who believe wellness can be simple, beautiful, and quietly luxurious. Nothing mass-produced. Just thoughtful products that honour women in every season of life.

We’ve been together since we were teenagers, and now we’re raising two kids while building this business side by side. Hitting our 40s and moving through postpartum again, changed everything. It reminded us how deeply women deserve care, and how often that care is overlooked. Learning about the Golden Month shifted the way we parent, the way we rest, and the way we gift.

Milk & Moon was created from that lived experience: wanting women to feel held, celebrated, and understood not just on the big days, but in the everyday chaos too.

Today, we curate gifts that bring a moment of calm, a breath out, a feeling of “I’m seen.” We design for the woman juggling family, work, and herself. And while our story is still unfolding, it brings us so much joy to support women who, like Sophie, are learning to move through life with softness and strength.
