Inspired by Experience

Married from our teenage love, now raising two children together, this is more than a business it’s our family story. In our 40s, postpartum became a powerful threshold: one that reawakened Sophie's creativity and a calling to support women in ways she wished she had been held in her 30’s.

Learning about the Golden Month transformed the way we both understood care. It shifted how we gifted, how Sophie mothered, and how we both honour womanhood. That tender chapter inspired Milk & Moon to gift with intention, to soften the edges, and to mark each transition with beauty.
