A carefully crafted, lightly sweetened blend of dark cocoa, coconut sugar and a therapeutic dose of lions mane extract powder, designed to increase energy, cognition and brain health. Directions: Place two heaped teaspoons into a mug with a little boiling water to combine, top with hot milk and sweeten to taste. For a creamy and comforting latte, add 2-3 heaped tsp to a heat tolerant blender with 250ml boiling water, 1tsp nut butter, 2 tsp coconut oil, a fresh date and a sprinkle of salt. Blend on high 1 min til thickened and frothy. Alternatively, make an iced chocolate by blending with milk, ice and a little extra sweetener or add to smoothies, bliss balls, granola or porridge.
